Dr. Anderson and his dental hygienist/assistant, Spencer, were so empathetic, efficient, and kind when my husband had his appointment today. We are both anxious dental patients so the kindness went a very long way with us. Thank you again!!
One star for the rude receptionist.. Had to leave a message last week. Called again and left a message today, then I immediately called right back because I was calling during business hours and someone should pick up.. then a lady answers with a bad attitude and tells me to please hold. It’s been over 22 minutes so far. All I’m doing is trying to make an appointment for my daughter….
Dr Elbaum has done lots of work for me over the years including multiple extractions and implants and have always been very comfortable in his care and thrilled with the outcome.
