Thought it was a little weird that the doctor didn’t do any follow up or talk to me when I came back in to get my stitches out three weeks after procedure. His assistant used her personal cell phone to take a picture of my mouth, showed it to the doctor and let me go. I felt that was pretty unprofessional and a little rude. Even an Applebees Manager comes by your table and asks if everything came out ok.
Dr. Nguyen and Julia are extremely professional and great to work with. The team is very kind and patient and very knowledgeable at what they do.
Without exaggeration, this was a life changing experience. Dr. Felzer is awesome and his work top shelf. He listens, is patient and kind and really invests himself in his patients. This is the second experience I have had with Dr. Jeffrey Felzer. I had two bridges that were over 30 years removed, teeth removed, and implant surgery on both sides of my mouth. In my estimation, I described him to friends as a miracle worker. After each procedure, I had no swelling, no significant pain, and the dental implant work was extraordinary.
