So many great things to say and I have a lot of dental experience in the chair lol. Outstanding outreach and organization, personable and kind front desk AND professionals in the office. Calm caring dentist specialist (that is a big one to me after a lot of experience with the opposite in other places). Excellent follow up with on target cost breakdown. Personalized follow up with round the clock contact info for emergencies. I am excited to have found a specialist I trust.
My interaction with Dr. Felzer and his entire staff was nothing but positive from the moment I walked through the door of the office. The procedure, which preconceived notion was very negative, was nothing but pleasant, reassuring and thorough. I could not be happier with the outcome. Nothing but praise for Dr. Felzer and the staff.
I’ve been in the dental field for many years. And my doctors always referred our patients to Dr Felzer. So when it came time for me to see a periodontist for a problem, I knew where I was going. Dr Felzer took his time with me and explained to me my options. Dr Felzer and his assistant Kari were just amazing. The procedure went well and was over before I knew it. The discomfort was much less than I expected. I highly recommend Dr Felzer and his team and this time from a personal experience.
