Dr. Felzer and the entire staff are so personable and kind. I had such a great experience, and a great result from the surgery!

Dr felzer and the entire team is top notch. I was very apprehensive about my implant and removal of another tooth but it was so quick I barely had time to worry! Dr Felzer has a great bedside manner, you won't be disappointed if you are cared for here.
Dr. Felzer and his assistant Kari took great care of me today at my appointment. They made sure I was calm from start to finish and made the procedure very quick! I didn’t feel anything!! I didn’t get the names of the front desk ladies but they were stellar too!! They did everything they needed to get my procedure pre authorized through my insurance and very quickly at that too! I highly recommended Dr. Felzer if you are looking for periodontal work!
The actual procedure went well. But the administrative end was a nightmare. I was scheduled for a tissue graft for 3 teeth. Shortly before my appointment, I was called and informed of the cost, which was higher than what they originally told me. I told them that, but said okay and we hung up. Shortly thereafter, they called me back and said I was right; they had made a mistake. I ended up having to reschedule the appointment for personal reasons.
