Doctor Carter was the Internal medicine doctor on call when one of my parents visited the stroke center at Boulder Community Hospital after a potential cerebrovascular event. I very much appreciated his knowledge, his ability to integrate a complex patient presentation and his ability to communicate clearly. I very much appreciated his balanced approach. I define his skill set as clinically strong. My experience was very positive. He listened to us much better than the neurologist on call.
He is uncaring and doesn’t listen to you as a patient. Comes across as apathetic at best. Dr Levine at BCH however was wonderful as was the nursing staff.
Talked with Doctor about care plan, Doctor didn’t listen to me about medications, put in only his plan , I continued to have pain, nurse attempted to call Doctor, who ignored nurse, didn’t return her call.
Jeff took great care of me when I was in the hospital in Boulder. Super knowledgable, easy to talk to. Definitely helped me manage a pretty difficult time in my life.
