I've known Dr Donner for many years and he's good at what he does and I recommend him
Dr. Donner has been an excellent counselor for my teenage son. He pushes him to really think and dig deep.
Unprofessional. Medical Malpratice. I had to go out side of Chemung County for his proper Diagnosis of Autism. After Dr.Barrlow said he was Malingering. As Neuropsychology testing was done.I would not waste my money nor time. A very tragic out come.
This man is amazing and right on point. My son was referred to him for evaluation of potential Autism. He took quality time to evaluate my son accurately allowing him to get the educational support he so needed. Would be honored to work with Mr. Donner and his staff again.
