Dr. Defranc was the most peofessional ER doctor ive ever encountered. Our son split his forehead wide open which required 6 stitches. Dr. Defranc's bedside manner was second to none as he constantly reassured our son that he was on his side and there to help him not to hurt him. Also the stitches were very precisely and neatly placed to prevent a terrible scar. A+++ service from Dr. Defranc and his team.
