Having been a patient of Dr J Rettig since 2017, I find him, a very kind, compassionate, caring, PCP. Dr Rettig is also extremely patient with any issues a person can have. He takes the time to listen, and investigate a patients issues or long term care. Now his office staff needs some work. Some of them can be rude, inattentive and forgetful in returning calls. But I still give Dr Retting a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.
The girl at the front checked us in 2 minutes late, even though we were on time, and we were unable to see the doctor. My poor mother needed help and she didn't get it cause of 2 minutes and slow staff. Very unprofessional.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr.Jeffrey listened to my husband and took him time. Very impressed.
