I was a patient of Dr. Eaton and Dr. Montgomery for over 30 years. I was happy for many years, and felt like I was treated "like family." However, in the last few years, they have become completely inflexible regarding payments (I do have dental insurance). Two years ago, after an unexpected $1400 procedure, I was told I would need to talk to the billing department, and could not make payments. Dr. Eaton and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Eaton sensed I had some anxiety about getting a root canal done and he suggested I wear head phones to listen to my music during the procedure. First dentist in 55 years that ever suggested this to me and boy did it help! He is super empathetic and genuinely concerned about the patient having a good experience. I highly recommend Dr. Eaton.
Probably the best dentist I've ever known. The location is not convenient for me, but the care is excellent, the staff is great, and he fixed my mouth after another dentist had ruined it. I would be willing to fly in from another state in order to be cared for by Dr. Eaton.
