Jeff has been my PCF for over 25 years. I love this man as a Doctor and friend and he has always been there for me through thick and thin. Can’t find a better care provider 👍🏻
Dr. Jeffrey Chong is an expert primary care doctor. I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else. Professional, kind, courteous, quick and incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much ANY medical issue. His office staff is stellar (esp . Ron and nurse Kim). Been with Dr Chong as my PCP for over 7 years and I'm ALWAYS happy with the service he and his staff provide. I've requested a referral for my sinus issues literally 4 times and every time they assure me that they sent it out. Been 2 months now still haven't received anything. Been calling for the past 3 days and calls wont go through says "user's busy". This is a joke im suffering for no reason. Will be switching my doctor asap! Do not recommend!
I don't usually write a review, but I am going to write this one, for this is about Health Care and the Doctor's Office staff. This is shameful. Dr. Edward Gilbert was my original Practitioner who teamed up with Century Medical Group many years ago. Dr. Gilbert has since retired. However, whenever Dr. Gilbert went on vacation, he always sent me to Dr. Chong as his back up. I kept Dr. Chong for he reminded me of Dr. Gilbert and how he practices medicine, I was impressed.
