I was very disappointed in the results of my surgery. My hand will never be correct. Some of the things I was told would happen did not. After the surgery I was scheduled for a follow up appointment that didn't happen because he was no longer employed at the hospital and I was told to go find myself another doctor to finish up my recovery. Which took weeks to find the new doctor and months of rehab. And finally I find my hand will never be healed correctly. By the way this started as a broken finger/hand. I would not even give this one star if I could; I went to Dr. Caplan for breast surgery after getting a mastectomy on one side. To begin, he was very unprofessional; he was constantly on his phone with his wife whenever I had a meeting with him. He also asked me if I wanted to have pictures of the work he did, which I said no because this was basically surgery to repair the trauma I dealt with due to breast cancer, however, right before surgery, when I was half out of it, he took a picture of me, and there is no telling wh... read more
