I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Butcher, who has taken care of me very well during my difficult and painful issues.
Dr Butcher is a wonderful surgeon, he as well as his staff is very caring, very prompt to return phone calls or address any concerns you may have. Highly recommend him!
Bad first impression right away due to lack of professionalism over the phone. The conversation was rushed and crude to the point where I didn't feel comfortable booking an appointment and decided to move on. It's ashame.
How are you all getting appointments at this place??? I called on a Wednesday afternoon and got the answering service; left a message. Tried again two days later in the early afternoon and got a message that they were "with the doctor" and I should call back on Monday. Called on Monday and had to leave a voicemail. It's been a week and no one has returned my call. They say not to leave multiple messages, but how long should you wait before giving up completely? Dr Butcher has a fabulous bed-side manner and makes awkward & potentially embarrassing doctor visits professional and stress-free with a touch of humor. He’s very knowledgeable, practical, reasonable, and likable. I unfortunately agree with other reviews that his office staff is pretty bad (laughing loudly behind their closed window, ignoring you when you walk in, repeatedly unorganized, not friendly) but that’s not his fault and I’m sure he doesn’t have control over that or he would have cleaned house.
