I have had many surgery’s in the past most being major surgeries done in the state of California due to having a thrill from extreme motor sports. On September 26 I was involved in a motorcycle accident a truck hit me breaking my chin in three places,the tibia, fibia, ankle,knee,femur,and hip were fractured.
