Update: It is almost 3 weekes since Stephanie said that that day will be resolved and of course nothing happens. Next, I will complain to the medical board. Wish me luck. Sep 6 . They owe us money ($4000) because we paid for the surgery but the insurance co.also pay them ($8000). For the last 6 MONTHS they keep saying that they will look into it. I have had many surgery’s in the past most being major surgeries done in the state of California due to having a thrill from extreme motor sports. On September 26 I was involved in a motorcycle accident a truck hit me breaking my chin in three places,the tibia, fibia, ankle,knee,femur,and hip were fractured. Update-They still have not refunded the $1000 overpayment they charged me and it's been 65 days since I requested it using their online form. The BBB and insurance company contacted them and received responses that my refund is still "in-process" Stephanie called me on Sept 9th and left me a voicemail message that my check would be ready tomorrow and she'd call me to pick it up-LIE.
