Very compassionate and understanding. Not quick to jump to surgery. Very quick, thorough and efficient. My 2 year old opened up to him quickly and we received a solution to the problems we’ve been having.
I took my son to visit Dr. West, he was referred to me from a doctor at the emergency room. My son lost a tooth and stuck it in his ear. He is only six years old. You know the saying boys will be boys. Dr. West’s staff was amazing. They were very kind and patient they were able to fit us in immediately knowing that this was an emergency. This is one of the most compassionate doctors I’ve ever come across. If you’re ever in need of an ENT doctor in Rockwall, this is your man!
Dr West is such a caring person. The very first minute of meeting him, he treats you like you have been important to him all of his life. He truly wants to help.
I had an appointment @3:50, they called me to tell me they have an opening earlier @2:30, I agreed. Now it’s 3:40 and still haven’t seen the doctor. Really bad office management.
