I wish all of my doctors were as professional, warm & friendly as Dr. Lessing & his staff. I didn’t have to wait long at all and the Doctor answered all of my questions without rushing me or acting condescending. His staff were very busy but still friendly. Other doctors & their staff could take some lessons from this office! By the way, I was a first time patient and have no connection to anyone there.

There is nothing wrong with Dr Lessing, except his judgement of selecting his office manager . The office staff is abominable, especially the manager Mary (refused to give full name). She refused to transfer message to Dr. Lessing when Patient complained being in pain. She refused to give appointment to patient in pain, although a few minutes earlier she said they had a cancellation in 2 days. Then she denied she ever said that. She would not qualify for any job dealing with people.

When i wenWhen to dr lessing for the first time he saw blood in my urine.and immediately se nt me for a baragebarage oftrdt. They fou d red spots on my bladder .he gave me a. Cystoscopy which proved to be a bad infection on the bladder it prob could have gotten worse if i delayed i credit him in some way for saving my life.

Dr. Jeffrey Lessing is a very thorough doctor. He spends time with his patients and explains things very well. The downside is his office staff. They are terribly rude to his patients, especially Maryann who schedules appointments. It's a real shame because he is such a great physician. But in my opinion, the office staff is also an extension of his service. Some people may be able to overlook the behavior, but it may cause others to move away to another physician.

This has nothing to do with Dr Lessing's ability as a doctor, however it is about the office specifically the billing department ineptness. I went for a visit and they wanted the co-payment plus a lab fee. The lab fee is strange given the lab normally bills you, but this was my first visit to a urologist, so I didn't question it. Now month's later the lab is asking for the lab fee that was collected at the appointment that was never forwarded to them. Sounds like a scam now. Will update
