Like nurses and Dr but Suze is very unprofessional and not an asset to his practice. A hour wait in waiting room is uncalled for and then lying to top that. She needs to be monitored closely and the message one gets if can't get through is down right rude. One bad apple can spoil the bunch. Message needs to be reviewed and possible reworded.
