Dr. Pierson is a wonderful surgeon. He explains every possible thing very well in the office. He gave me a wonderful notebook to keep that would refresh the questions and answers after the surgery. His staff members are very kind and helpful too. The most important part is he is a very conscientious, meticulous, surgeon therefore you are getting the very best care and post surgical results. Dr. Pierson replaced both of my hips on the same day several years ago and I’m still going strong!
I had my knee replaced in June 2017 and I was dancing with my 2 year old granddaughter 6 weeks later!!! To be honest, on day 3 I did have to put my leg up and ice, but I sure had a great time. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Pierson and his entire team. There was zero guest work about anything. I loved the book they give patients that answers "all" your questions. I followed my instructions and did my PT, so important. I'll be in for the other knee sometime soon!

Dr. Pierson is an extraordinary surgeon with excellent people skills. He is very focused on his specialized area, meaning he only accepts patients that can benefit from his specialized services. Within the past 3 years I have had both knees replaced and the experience was incredible. The surgeries were flawless. Their pain management techniques are cutting edge...I had absolutely no post operative pain either time. the support from his well trained team is seamless. Well worth waiting for!
I had a total knee replacement around Christmas last year - experience was all good. Last week, I hiked the uphill, rocky, trail (designated difficult) with my new knee. The only issue I had was getting enough oxygen! Both my new knee and my other knee (no replacement) had no problems - zero pain. Amazing results.
