I have a torn meniscus. A friend recommened Dr Harpstripe at OAH. I called in October of 2022 to make an appointment for a surgical consult when he would next be in Hilo - they set the appointment for December. Two weeks before the appointment they called and rescheduled to January. I showed up to my Janruary appointment and they told me the Dr was not in Hilo today, but back on Oahu.
