Excellent service and affordable. Half the cost of a previous quote supplied by another orthodontist in Ballarat.
Care about money more than their own patients. Didnt get the braces tightened in almost a year and still stuff me around by tightening them too tight which causes the bracket to break off; or forgetting to put on elastics which also makes the wire come loose. All this stuffing around put me months behind in my treatment, yet they'll make it out as my own fault.
My friends daughter went here for her braces, and I've heard some pretty bad reviews. From what I've heard I definitely wouldnt recommend this orthodontist.
