What an absolute nightmare this dentist office is I paid $1900 for a root canal that wasn’t done properly and got nowhere while trying to speak to a manager. I called back three months later because I was being avoided and told that somebody would call me and still have yet to hear from anyone absolutely horrible customer service they go through Dentist and dentalAssistance Daily it seems like ! I would not return to this dentist office, even if I had free dental work for life!
I have been Dr. Jeffrey Rosenthal patient for many years even when I needed to drive almost an hour for my appointments. I always got a high quality Job. Dr. Rosenthal is very pleasant and professional. He is very patient and spends a lot of time giving his advice and explaining the options. Dr. Rosenthal is an amazing dentist and the staff is very kind and eager to help with scheduling and everything else. Highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal to everyone!
Unprofessional and extremely unethical.
When my tooth pain was unbearable, I went to this dental office for help. I have been a patient here for over 20 years. I had a severely damaged tooth and was in extreme pain. The Streetsboro dentist sent me to an Endodontist for an Xray scan. That specialist said my tooth had many breaks and I should go back to my dentist's office and have it extracted.
