I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience regarding a billing issue. After receiving a bill for an outdated balance, I was forced to investigate a problem from over three years ago. My records show that a claim was incorrectly submitted by their office in 2021. I provided the correct information at the time, and their staff confirmed they would resubmit it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This dentist office is a scam. They said I had 10 cavities, even though I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. And when they went to fix the cavities the procedure took 5 minutes and felt like they did nothing. It was a complete insurance money grab. They also told me my wisdom teeth needed to come out and I got a second and third opinion that they didn't. Scam. Do not recommend.
Dr Johnston designed and applied 6 veneers on my upper teeth. He color-matched the veneers perfectly with the rest of my teeth, and he designed the veneers to look so natural that people don’t even know they’re veneers! This was a great process and gives me a smile I’m proud to share. Also, he politicized great service for regular dental health.
Dr. Johnston listens to what you have to say and is a gentle dentist. He explains the situation in common terms and phrases so you understand what is happening. I highly recommend going to Dr. Johnston- He has a wonderful team and everyone is wonderful to work with.
