Everyone was extremely helpful as well as thorough. The plan for what I need to do was well laid out. I really enjoyed my experience.
I was really nervous going in but the staff and Dr Files were very friendly and were very concerned with my comfort. This is easily the best dental experience I've had. Everyone is warm and interested in providing a pleasant experience.

I left Dr. Files new office in a state of shock. My appointment was on time, the hygienists literally run around the office in order to keep on schedule, and even though it was my first visit the front desk knew my name and they all remembered everything my husband had shared about our family when he went in for his first visit a few weeks prior to me.
