Dr. Gleick and staff and always very friendly and take time to talk through my concerns with my health. Dr. Gleick is a very personable and extremely knowledgeable doctor that treats multiple members of my family.
Dr Gleick is my mother's primary care physician. She is disabled and on oxygen and I drive her to her appointments. Today we were late to her appointment. Danielle at the front desk told us that we were 15 minutes late and therefore would have to reschedule. We were 12 minutes late. I admit that. However, Danielle at the front desk was incredibly rude and continuously repeated that we were late and therefore would have to reschedule.
