I was driving through town when I ran into an issue with my Mercedes Sprinter, and stopped by DR JEEP hoping for some guidance. Even though they were busy, they took the time to check things out and point me in the right direction. That kind of honesty and willingness to help—especially when you’re in a bind—goes a long way. Do NOT EVER! Deal with these people! I explained to Russell Long that the transmission in my sons jeep was bad. I told him how he had just bought it a few months earlier, and was told the transmission was rebuilt, well evidently not. I told Russell that my son put EVERYTHING he had on the jeep, so I said I'd buy the transmission. He told me that HE drove it from SLC to their shop, and said it was definitely a good tranny.
