Recently purchased a Jeep from Dr. Jeep for my daughter. They were absolutely amazing to work with. Had a couple little glitches and they stepped right up and took care of any problems we had, they definitely want to make sure the customer is happy. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeep If you are in the market, you will not be disappointed.
Been about year since I had my jeep worked on here. Every part of the process felt shady and untrustworthy. Parts that were supposed to be brand new weren’t working right when installed so we had to wait even longer for the correct parts to come. They didn’t even care to put it back together correctly, omitting the lower shifter knob boot, and just using gasket sealer on the upper boot instead of replacing the bracket they broke which holds it on. Based off my experience with the owner that was selling parts on marketplace and took the time to talk with me over messenger about my jeeps issues I will be calling in the future for services. Good to know there are still people out there willing to help.
