While it was great that he ordered ultrasounds and imaging for my 89 year old mother, he did not follow up with her cardiologist like he said he would which would have been useful in determining the dosage of heart medicine. He said he would follow up but did not. Then I got the runaround that we should be the ones following up when we already had.
