Wellesley offices are bright and inviting, make you feel comfortable. Staff are very friendly and Dr. Chung is delightful to work with. She explains everything clearly, makes you feel like you have all the time int he world to ask questions, is available by phone, calls to follow up to see how you feel aboaut what you've had done. she's an artist in waht she does. She never pushes additional treatments - she cares about creatinga natural, healthy look.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Do your results appear natural? Absolutely! I still looked like myself, but I looked even better!
