Si el servicio al cliente fuese más eficiente, este establecimiento fuera más valorizado 🤏🏼✨ aunque un doctor no atienda de alguna manera u otra habemos muchos que somos nuevos con el sistema de Estados Unidos (médicamente hablando) para hacer este tipo de trabajos lo principal es tener empatía y les falta✍🏽
La atención de la recepcion es mala ; Así tengas cita , la espera es más de 2 horas para que te atiendan ; adicional si cancelan la cita no te llaman para avisarte es decir vas a la cita y pierdes tiempo y dinero porque no te atienden .
Terrible service. They only charge your insurance and send you bills. When you call for an appointment, it's a hassle. Or they charge $90 to fill out a form. They charge you the insurance, plus a copayment, plus a bill that arrives at your home. It's already closed by 2 p.m. This is the first and last time I've gone to this office, and they treat you with no empathy, like they're going to beat you up. Horrible.
