I originally sought out Dr. Jean Peterson because her credentials impressed me, but was placed with her intern, Ariel Bradley. After six or seven sessions of family therapy, Ariel abruptly ended our work by telling us we “weren’t ready for therapy.” After this, my husband called Dr. Peterson. I have been seeing Dr Peterson since August 2019 for depression and PTSD. In our time working together, she has been instrumental in helping me navigate a path of transformation to a much happier place in my sense of myself, my ability to be more open in all of my relationships, and my ability to practice mindful self care. Her patience, compassion, insight, and willingness to go the extra mile on my behalf have been unparalleled. I am profoundly grateful for her presence in my life.
