They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. She is getting older and it seems that she forgets why you even came to see her. Her answer to everything now is a prescription, even before performing diagnostic tests. DR SINKOFF MAKES MY 13 YR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER QUITE COMFORTABLE WHEN SHE HAS AN APPOINTMENT. THE DOC TAKES HER FEELINGS & EMOTIONS INTO CONSIDERATION WITH EVERY MOVE SHE MAKES. DR SINKOFF LISTENS AND ACTS...THE SCHOOL DISTRICT SAID MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAD TO TAKE DRUGS TO CALM DOWN IN SCHOOL...NO DRUGS...I CHANGED HER DIET (RECOMMENDED BY THE DR) AND SHE HAS BEEN FINE FOR THE PAST 2 YRS. I LOVE THIS DR FOR HER AND FOR ME

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
