So far everything has been great. The doctor is the best I could have hoped for. The staff has been friendly, courteous, and very easy to work with and seems to care about the patients as much as the doctor. The doctor actually takes time to listen to the patient and explain things in a way that I understand. I don’t want to have surgery on my neck, but if I do, I can’t think of a better place to be taken care of. I have total confidence in my Dr and I feel very much at ease and having this procedure done.
Everyone was great! I didn't wait long to go to an exam.room or to be seen. Dr. Mobasser was thorpugh and clear in his explanation of my.options and in what I can expect from the procedure. I feel very comfortable with the qualoty of my care so far and in the team to complete my procedure successfully. .
The process from arrival to completion of my appointment was very efficient and impressive. My post-surgical consultation with Dr Mombasser and NP Erin Harrison was excellent; Very Informative and caring. My wife and I are so impressed by them and by the entire Goodman Campbell team.
Courteous helpful minimal wait
I saw Dr Mobasser due to compression between C4-c5 and C5-c6. He recommended surgery but only spent maybe 10 minutes in the room, did a quick rundown of the surgery, and then said we will get you scheduled and I will see you then. I asked how long I will be out and he said 2 weeks. During the whole visit he kept talking about my diet and how important it is.
