The receptionist working here needs to quit and/or be spoken to. So unprofessional and so rude. Rec'd a call asking to confirm a cancellation when I didn't even receive a call to confirm an appt.
I was really nervous getting the procedure done, but Dr. Lauzon was very kind, friendly, informative and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
Dr Lauzon performed a small day surgery. He did an excellent job. Fast and efficient. And friendly and polite.
