Dr. Xie is an amazing family doctor! We are so lucky to have her! She genuinely cares about her patients and I feel like she really listens to our concerns. You can tell shr works so hard. We are so grateful for her. And her staff are absolutely amazing too!
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. J.C. Xie for the past 4 years. Dr. Xie as well as the entire office staff, have been absolutely amazing. They are polite, listen to all your needs and concerns, and respond in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Kemptville Health & Wellness Centre.
Had a Dr's appt recently and was very disturbed as how Dr. J.C. Xie treated me. I at one point asked her to lower her voice. And as I was talking she interrupted me several time. I could not talk nor express my concerns. I have seen Dr. J.C. Xie in the past (before Pandemic) and I had never had any issues. It was very upsetting on how she had no bedside manners. Dr Xie and staff are amazing, I’ve been going there for about one year. But no I have moved, from brockville to Ottawa and I don’t have a vehicle. There is a bus, but it only goes late afternoons. And a taxi, is over hundred dollars one way. So I may have to get, a doctor in Ottawa but I don’t want to lose Dr Xie😥 Mitchell Goldenberg
