Receptionist very very rude. Manners cost nothing in this world. Not suited to a customer service role you need a job where you don’t have contact with people or patients or need to have training on customer service.
Took my parents here many times. They love Dr. Ding. He is excellent in helping elderly patients with his friendly, caring and encouraging attitude.
