Thank you so much. Dr. Hays and staff are amazing. I had a lot to be done in oral surgery. Dr. Hays and staff gave me a lot of comfort during the time I was being taken care of. He was quick an very patient. The staff gave me words of comfort. I wasn't just a patient but also a lady with feelings. Also the bird flying around the clouds in the window helped me too. How much did ya'll pay that bird to do that? Giggling.
Worst customer service the lady wouldn't let me speak kept interrupting me. I had scheduled my wisdom teeth out a month and half prior had already asked off from work and they just called me to let me know the surgeon won't be in so having to ask if I could have the 5 6 and 7th off I called them back and they already scheduled someone else. If I could put 0 stars I would!
My son had all four wisdom teeth removed and it was a breeze. The staff really took care of us and we had no problems with recovery. It was a very pleasant experience.
I absolutely love this place!! From the smiling faces when you walk in the door to the Christian music playing over the intercom. This is a great place with an awesome Dr. I would definitely refer you to come here :)
