Appointment with DDS Jayne Sanchez April 2022. After three dentist in last two years, I found a keeper. All started with the friendly and competent business, front office staff. Angel was able to fit me in, within two weeks. At the completion of visit Angel and her assistant were able to look at options for insurance and payment for Doc Sanchez and her dental hygienist, Shannon, services. A few months ago I brought my 13 year in to have a few cavities filled by Dr. Sanchez. This was her second visit to this office. She wasn’t crying, she was just saying she wasn’t sure she could go through with it. She was very anxious and nervous. Instead of trying to calm her, staff were very unsympathetic and seemed annoyed. Like they’d never had a nervous, young patient in the chair. Sanchez is a careless dentist. Be weary of any "fillings" needed, she would rather make buck then offer lifetime treatment. I had to have 3 teeth removed out of 6 that supposedly needed filling. My current dentist had to repair 2 of the 3 remaining. He informed me Sanchez's care plan and tactics were impersonal and horribly articulated.
This Dentist is very inflexible in certain areas. BTW she told me at the end of my last visit that I needed a few fillings and that I had a cavity. WELL, I went to another dentist a few days later and he stated that I did not need any fillings and that I did not have a single cavity! Don't go here. I was never told why I needed two other fillings. Treatment plans are usually very close from one dentist to another, especially when referring to a cavity.
I went to Dr. Sanchez because of the excruciating pain from my wisdom teeth. She and her kind staff members were able to get me an appointment to get them removed ASAP. I was back to eating my favorite foods in just a few days.
Truly lucky to know that Dr. Sanchez has my back. I don't worry about my teeth once I go to see her.
I feel confident that Dr. Sanchez always has my best interests at heart. I have the cleanest teeth around because of her expertise.
I get scared over dentists. Even the sound of the drill gives me the creeps. Dr. Sanchez has done a great job in making sure I feel comfortable during her visits. I always feel like I'm in great hands with her.
Dr. Sanchez is by far, my favorite dentist. The perfect blend of professionalism and excellent bedside manner.
