II have great respect for Dr. Shah Jaykuma but I must say that the girls at the front desk are incredibly impolite. Their attitude when answering the phone to schedule appointments is quite disrespectful. They don't even bother to say goodbye at the end of the call.
Dr. Shah is one of the best doctors I’ve had. Attentive, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I always feel heard and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
UPDATE! i moved away..my new Dr's staff tried contacting the office 5 times to get my medical records..i finally called and they wouldnt help me either..they just said to have the Dr's office contact them.. My new Dr's office tried a several more times...finally they sent PART of the records..not all.. My Dr's office staff commented on how unnecessarily rude Dr Shahs staff is...anyone that has set in the office very long at all will know they were talking about..the one lady in there is extremely rude to anyone at any time..... read more

As a nurse, I can tell you Dr. Shah is a rare professional. He is attentive, up to date and yet "old school" as he frequently works after hours to call with lab results or other information. Truly one of a kind.
