First time visiting the doctor and from the friendly receptionists that are mum and daughter, to the Dr who is very through and not one to rush surgery, I am very happy with my experience today. Highly recommend.
I visited for my son and we are happy with the service provided. Specialist took time to check everything, asked us lots of questions and explained us the situation. Doctor explained his decision and solution, the way doctor explained everything was easy to understand 100% this indicates his knowledge and experience. My mom had an appointment with Dr. J. Dave on the 24th of April for her leg, and I have to say, Dr. Dave is an excellent and professional doctor. He takes his time to understand his patients and provides the best care possible. However, my experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. When I called to follow up on a report that was supposed to be sent to my mom’s GP, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
