The doctor is good, but the staff is very unprofessional. They gave me a 9 a.m. appointment, but when I arrived, they said I was double-booked and wouldn’t admit it was their mistake. The staff was rude and didn’t speak politely. The front desk lady, Dipa, was especially unprofessional and disrespectful. The way they treat patients is not acceptable. This kind of behavior makes it hard to trust the office, even if the doctor is good.
