I always had a pleasant experience with Dr Potla. She is very friendly and always share best of her knowledge. Office staff is courteous too. I always feel happy whenever I go to see her. She takes time to understand patient’s history and then recommends treatments and medicines. Clinic is clean and check-in process in easy to follow.
She straight up said she didn't want me as a patient because the paperwork for a referral was more work than they wanted to do. If you want a lazy staff feel free to come here.
Worst experience… booked my appointment and when I reached the venue they clearly denied. Didn’t get any notification no email no call.
If you need someone to listen to you with all patience and then suggest the best treatment then please do visit. Dr Potla gives motivation at its best. Thank you Dr Potla for helping me and my family in tough times and taking care of health.
