He is always super polite and remembers me and explains what he's doing step by step.I've been going to him for a few years and will continue to return to him as long as he is there.
Dr. Shih and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Plus the technology is awesome!
Dr. Shin is very thorough. His exams are very detailed; and he informs you as to how your eyes are doing. He has several machined to test for eye pressure, peripheral vision et cetera. He is very personable, and makes you feel comfortable.
