I accompanied my boyfriend to his appointment with this doctor. The doctor didnt take my bfs issue seriously. The doctor completely dismissed his symptoms, and as he was standing there examining my bf, the doctor kept giving me smirks and kind of quietly giggling, as my bf was turned the other way. As if my bf was exaggerating or something. He was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and made my bf feel like his health issue is a joke.
I saw PA Jerome Wilson for a new patient appointment. He spent the entire visit on his computer. He did not come near me yet charted a complete physical exam. I complained to the office and got a call back from the office manager. She defended Mr. Wilson saying that they are a specialist office and they do not perform physical exams. I said that is fine but then don’t chart an exam that wasn’t done. She continued to argue with me for several minutes but did eventually apologize.
Not good experience here, whatsoever. Beware. Also extremely unprofessional assistants working there.
