I recently visited the DR Jay Prakash practice in Stockbridge for a routine check. I wish to comment that all support staff are extremely competent professionals in every respect. My provider is Ms Kate Barclay, whom I have been working with for a few years and she is simply a truly exceptional professional, thorough, patient and very knowledgeable in her field. I was very displeased with the way this office handled something that was not my fault, in short of you need certain permissions to treat a patient it is not fair to the patient to wait and ask questions on the day of the procedure when you clearly have a staff member to call the day before the procedure to go over certain things, and then be sent to another location during rush hour. I can say the other office apologized over and over for the other offices rude behavior. This will not happen again because I will also let my... read more
