I was really sick so I went to my primary doctor Jay Moore on March 8, 2019. While I was there I was given a test with a cotton swab in my mouth to see if I had a bacteria infection. Moving forward on April 25th a month and 17 days from having the test I went to Urgent Care and the doctor asked how did they treat my infection I had in my mouth. Dr Moore isn't a very good listener. This has caused me to have to make numerous repeat visits. As an example, I explained to him that I had a tick bite, was in the woods frequently, had pain in my joints and suspected that I had Lyme disease. He neglected to order the Lyme test, and I had to go back to have more blood drawn. It turned out that i did have Lyme.
