Been seeing Dr Kalan for many years and highly recommend him. Very personable, caring and competent.
Dr was 45 minutes late. If he was at my office to see me would he wait that long?
Lost my records when his practice spun off to another organization and never contacted me about an appointment that was in place for nearly a year-put me behind many months. Rarely on time for appointments-waited nearly two hours and gave up. Always asks "why are you here today?" I've had enough.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Kalan today and now understand why he is so highly rated. He listened patiently and then confidently answered all my questions. I was worried and he was able to reassure me, with facts and statistics, not with empty words. He set a plan in place for my future healthcare. I highly recommend this excellent physician.
Downgraded from 5 stars What is the point of having a physician who cannot be reached because the practice's voicemail box is always full so that you cannot contact him or his nurse or get a call back.
Mailbox full after listening to the recording and trying to set up an appointment. Ok I'll call back. Mailbox full trying to talk to a receptionist. Cool, guess I'll just die without medication refills.
Impossible to get a call back from his office. Leaving a message for his nurse always says "Mailbox is full." Great doctor.... love him, however the office staff and response is fgfar below par.
6 years plus I have been annually seeing Dr Kalan and am very pleased with all aspects of his services. I am happy to say they have only been needed for fine tuning meds, a thorough check up each year and an in depth conversation about my overall health.
