Best doctor ever.
This was my first experience it was positive. The staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Guido is a good communicator and seems to welcome me as a new patient. I am having the typical challenges of getting my out of state records transferred from my previous urologist but that is the system as it is today.
Dr. Guido seems to be very knowledgeable in his field. He keeps a close eye on my PSA Levels and cancer risk. Performs all test as needed. But on my last visit I was very disappointed. Dr. Guido walked in the room without a face mask. Also the woman who took me did not have a face mask on! Totally unacceptable since we are still in a COVID pandemic. They are putting patients at risk for COVID 19! To me this was unprofessional!
Our son had an issue with urinary retention and he had a procedure at this clinic... An absolute nightmare! He went in completely healthy and came out with a terrible cough and two hours later had to be hospitalized with aspiration pneumonia which they said that he got while he was under anesthesia at this clinic...He had a terrible cough when they wheeled him out but they told us it was normal...Nobody obviously noticed that he aspirated during the procedure...
