Dr. Mepani has been my Endo for approximately 7 yrs. He is great! He asks the right questions and does a full exam on each visit. Some negative reviews include office staff. Not fair, although, I have always had good experiences with the staff in Decatur. I am a 30+ yr health professional and it is usually the system, not the people. The only complaint I have is pharmacies can't contact the office for refills, but I also understand the reason for that policy. The portal allows you to make request fairly easily.
Dr. Mepani is an excellent physician. He has amazing bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and answers questions. He provides a comprehensive overview of his diagnosis and treatment plan. The office staff is friendly especially the ladies at the front desk and Dr. Mepani's assistant. Great team at the Conyers office!
Dr Mepani is the worst communicator ever. Left my mother without insulin because he couldn't answer the phone for 2 days. Just absolutely terrible and unacceptable. Should be fired
Great Provider. I’ve been seeing this Provider for several years. He’s knowledgeable. He’s detail oriented, responsive. I feel heard and valued. He’s patient and cares. I highly recommend him.
