I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dental office. At no point prior to the appointment do I recall being informed that they charge the patient a % surcharge for using a credit card for bills amounting in hundreds of dollars that they choose to pass to the patient.. So when the bill was presented, and I realized paying by card would cost significant more $$$, I offered to retrieve my checkbook which I did not have on hand, the desk staff was rude and did not accept my reasonable solutions, including leaving... read more
I was extremely nervous about the extraction. Dr. Johnson and his staff were overwhelmingly patient and kind. Dr. Johnson is a skilled oral surgeon and the procedure went smoothly.
Dr. Johnson and the staff that surrounds him do one outstanding job of caring about your well being throughout the smallest or largest work that needs to be done. They are the best.
