This doctor is the best Primary Care provider I have ever encountered, and I tried many. He is extremely attentive to details, very thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. Appointment with him felt like a breath of fresh air, I felt like FINALLY I have come across the doctor who actually THINKS, processes the information provided to him and chooses an absolute best course of action when it comes to treatment plan. One of the worst place on earth to get medical treatment everyone in this office is very unprofessional. My mom was being treated by Dr. Javier Espinal. We were trying to get my mom some medical attention went into the office numerous times pleading for help. My mom could not manage her own healthcare.
