Been a patient for years. I see ARNP Kim Gunn whom I adore. She makes me feel so comfortable with whatever concern I have going on. Her main concern is to make sure I get the care and treatment that is best for me. Love her and this practice.
Horrible service!!!
Haven't even had the chance to meet with the doctor - I've called the office three separate times and I held the line for more than 10 minutes each time. Not once did someone check back in.... the first time I held for 16 minutes, 2nd time 13 minutes and 3rd was only 11 minutes. If the lack of response/timeliness and patient care in the front office is indicative of the back office, then maybe this isn't the office for me.
It is so obvious that Dr. Chinea just graduated from Med School. Trying to get him to prescribe ANYTHING is like pulling teeth. I think he automatically assumes his patients are all addicts. He fears prescribing anything habit forming, even if it's legitimately needed. I changed my General Practioner yesterday with my health insurance provider. There's no way I'd ever go back to the Prettelt Center, huge waste of time. And their bathroom was horrifying! Ick.
Awesome!! Dr Prettelt and ARNP Kim Gunn are amazing. Extended office hours is so convenient. Would definitely recommend this Dr's office.
Terrible manager Dawn who thinks she is a doctor and diagnosis patients for Dr Prettelt!!!
