Years coming here with my son, for the billing department nightmare to ruin a patient experience in less than 5 minutes because she doesnt understand insurances. Raised her voice from the moment she stepped forward to speak to me caught me off guard. You can CLEARLY see on the front office reps faces they all have a bad opinion of this woman. I always recommend Dr.Gonzalez to everyone looking for a pediatrician or in need of help. He was my doctor as well as my siblings and now has been to my 2 kids. He’s very knowledgeable and is there to help patients. If there’s a medication he has samples of that you need he will give some to you so I don’t have to break the bank. He did that once when I had poison oak and I was no longer covered under my mother’s insurance. My brother had staph and he recommended a cap of bleach and water and it cleared it up.
