Years coming here with my son, for the billing department nightmare to ruin a patient experience in less than 5 minutes because she doesnt understand insurances. Raised her voice from the moment she stepped forward to speak to me caught me off guard. You can CLEARLY see on the front office reps faces they all have a bad opinion of this woman.
