Excellent doctor, I've been a patient for 18 years and wouldn't go any where else.
If there was a minus 10, that's what I'd rate... He missed diagnosed my infected toe as having a bone infection. 2 podiatrists said as much... I would not recommend...
Called to get an appointment and explained I was being referred from being in the ER. The lady who answered the phone was rude and didn’t give me the time of day to explain. I could seriously deal without the attitude.
I am allergic to every mainstream antibiotic. I have had 3 seizures because of the allergic reaction. I got very ill abscess on my colon and Dr Akram found an antibiotic that worked for me I had to be on these antibiotics for a length of time with no adverse reactions. I thank God for him and is work!
Dr. Akram and his assistant Shelia are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I have been receiving care from him and his team for years. They run the office in a low-tech way, but I have never been billed inaccurately or had any other problems with them. I am sad to be moving out of state and to no longer be able to go to this office.
