Dr Chadda was very friendly and listened to my concerns. By expressing her own situations in the past, I felt connected. I will definitely be going back. I do agree though that the appointment system is terrible and they make you wait after you arrive on time. My only consolation was talking to Dr Chadda.
Do NOT recommend. Waited 45 minutes just for them to say she’s running an hour behind. When I asked if they had an idea of when I would seen, no one had an answer. If you’re more then 15 minutes late, they charge $100 but the Dr. can be late and want you to wait/think people don’t have jobs to go back to?! I’ve NEVER experienced something like this before. Very unprofessional and a waste of time! I’d like to charge $100 for wasting my time that I could have been working.
