My wife with dementia is normally very hesitant when it comes to seeing doctors but Dr. Chadda was very nice and made her feel right at home. This was likely the best doctor experience she has had!
I’m extremely disappointed with the way this clinic manages appointments. I booked my appointment two months in advance and had been waiting patiently, only to be informed just one week before the scheduled date that it needed to be rescheduled. This is very frustrating and shows poor appointment management. Had I been informed earlier, I could have scheduled with another OB-GYN instead of waiting for two months and having my care delayed. Dr. Chadda exhibited exceptional compassion, support, and assistance during my visit. She provided a comprehensive explanation of my care plan, which was one of the most informative and reassuring experiences I have had with a medical professional.
Dr Chadda was very friendly and listened to my concerns. By expressing her own situations in the past, I felt connected. I will definitely be going back. I do agree though that the appointment system is terrible and they make you wait after you arrive on time. My only consolation was talking to Dr Chadda.
